Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
As a food and beverage company, our products are perishable and cannot be resold or restocked once they have left our facility. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

EU Customers
Although some regions provide a statutory cooling-off period, due to the perishable nature of our products, this right does not apply once goods have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original, sealed condition.
